Dr. Kennedy is the owner of a real estate company and a mental health agency. She is a doctor of healthcare administration, licensed psychotherapist, licensed dwelling contractor, and a real estate investor with 10+ years of experience.
Dr. Kennedy has a passion for healing the community and creating opportunities for everyone; especially those living in the hood. She chooses to cater to the hood because the hood will always be apart of her. Dr. Kennedy was raised in Milwaukee's worst zip code, 53206. Living in this neighborhood gave her direct experience and understanding of poverty, crime, undiagnosed mental illnesses, substance abuse, lack of resources, and other related struggles.
Dr. Kennedy created Kennedy Homes to provide affordable living for citizens regardless of barriers such as previous evictions and/or criminal history.

Dr. Kennedy created Kennedy's Wellness to provide convenient and comfortable mental health treatment for the underserved population. Treatment is provided by professionals who are compassionate, genuine and non-judgmental. Sessions may take place in-home, in office or through video.
Dr. Kennedy has been successful throughout her career by simply utilizing a planner daily. She did more than just jot down appointments. She used it as a tool to remain mindful and persistent. Dr. Kennedy wrote down her goals and created small steps to accomplish them. She implemented these steps into her schedule regularly. In addition, she used her planner as a journal and a way to reflect on her progress. She would alter her planners to have specific sections that met her needs for planning. Dr. Kennedy's Wellness Scaling and Beautiful Achiever planners were created with wellness and achievement as a focus. Both planners have sections for creative ideas, goal setting, reflection, general daily planning, and more!
